32 Left And Right Common Pipe Bender
The left-right common bending machine is a multifunctional bending equipment, which integrates left bending and right bending, and can complete complex shape products that cannot be completed by the one-way bending machine at one time.
The machine switches between left bending and right bending through ± 180 ° rotation of the head, which is applicable to more extensive and complex product bending. The whole machine is fully servo controlled, with excellent bending accuracy and stability.
Working Principle
32 left and right common bending machine drives all actions of the equipment through 13 axis servo motor to realize high-speed and accurate digital control of bending process.
The disassembly actions of the machine include: clamping, bending, core pulling, feeding, pipe turning, mold moving, mold changing and auxiliary pushing.
Brief description of action structure:
1. Clamping (heavy-duty ball screw transmission, using the reverse self-locking of screw to improve the clamping reliability);
2. Elbow (precision RV Reducer links spiral bevel gear, with high elbow precision);
3. Feeding (planetary reducer and gear rack drive for pipe feeding and positioning);
4. Rotating tube (planetary reducer with fine grinding helical gear to locate the space angle between two bending arcs);
5. Die shifting (ball screw drive, control the pipe fitting to be close to / away from the bending die);
6. Mold change (rack and pinion drive, used for switching between mold layers)
7. Core pulling (heavy-duty ball screw drive, used for bending of thin-wall and small radius pipe fittings);
8. Auxiliary push (ball screw drive, absolute synchronization with elbow).
Equipment Characteristics
RV Reducer with fine grinding spiral bevel gear to realize high-precision bending
The bending action of the CNC pipe bender is realized by using the precision RV Reducer with precision grinding spiral bevel gear. The back clearance of the reducer is less than 3 arc minutes, and the spiral bevel gear is steel meshed, which can greatly improve the bending accuracy.
Design of multilayer die with left and right bending
The left and right common bending machine integrates left bending and right bending, and has a positive and negative multi-layer mold design, which can realize the bending forming of various complex shape products. The rotation of the machine head realizes the switching between left and right bending, which does not affect the installation of the piercing and wrinkle releasing die. It can be used for small radius thin wall tubes.
Unlimited programming mode and diversified automatic workstation scalability
The control system of this machine is designed with unrestricted self editing mode, which can edit any manual action into an automatic workflow, greatly improving the flexibility of equipment action.
In addition, MES, robot, three coordinate and other interfaces are reserved to facilitate the extension and development of automatic workstation.
Mitsubishi plc+ absolute value servo realizes full closed loop control
In order to further improve the bending accuracy, the CNC pipe bending machine adopts Mitsubishi high-end series plc+ absolute value servo, and realizes the full closed-loop control of the precision engraving machine level through the control mode of EtherCAT communication, avoiding the accuracy loss caused by signal interference, pulse loss, origin loss and other reasons in the traditional control mode.
Advantech host computer + independent pipe bending machine CNC system to realize the diversification of equipment functions
Based on the Advantech host computer as the hardware carrier, the equipment independently developed the numerical control system of the pipe bending machine. In addition to the basic functions of the pipe bender, the CNC system also develops the functions of pipe fitting 3D graphics import self programming, pipe fitting 3D preview, dynamic machining simulation, remote diagnosis assistance and so on.
Strong pushing function and servo auxiliary pushing function realize arc pushing and smaller out of round rate
The left and right common bending machine is equipped with a high-power feeding servo motor, so that the machine can be used for pushing arc bending. At the same time, through the strong back boost function, the out of roundness rate at the corner can be reduced. With the servo side thruster, the tube clamping section and the thinning rate of the outer wall can be further reduced.

The video pipe fittings are 25*2mm steel pipes, which are used for steel furniture products. The products include small radius corners and large radius push arcs. Due to the product shape, the one-way pipe bender cannot complete the bending at one time. This equipment integrates left and right bending.
